Special screening of the Gujarati film Behadd

GLS University organized a special screening of the Gujarati film Behadd on 26th February 2026 for the students and faculty members of the Faculty of Computer Applications and Information Technology (FCAIT-PG). The objective of the event was to promote cultural enrichment and providing a refreshing break from regular academic engagements.

The initiative was undertaken as part of the University’s commitment to holistic education, recognizing that learning extends beyond classrooms and textbooks. Cultural activities such as film screenings play a significant role in broadening perspectives, strengthening emotional intelligence, and encouraging appreciation of regional art and cinema.

Behadd, a contemporary Gujarati film, captivated the audience with its engaging storyline, meaningful themes, and impactful performances. The film successfully portrayed emotions and social elements that resonated with viewers, making the experience both entertaining and thought-provoking. The narrative depth and cultural representation offered the audience an opportunity to connect with regional storytelling and cinematic artistry.
