Dr. Devarshi Mehta is an Associate Professor with over 26+ years of academic and industry experience. She holds a B.Sc. in Physics, MCA, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Before entering academia, she worked as a software developer and later joined GLS in 2010, bringing with her rich teaching experience from reputed institutions.
She is an approved Ph.D. guide at GLS University, under whose supervision 7 research scholars have successfully completed their doctoral degrees from GLSU, GTU, and Indus University and and several other scholars are currently pursuing their Ph.D. under her guidance. Dr. Devarshi also serves as a Research Degree Committee (RDC) member for various universities and actively contributes to academic and administrative committees at both university and departmental levels.
With 60+ national and international research publications, her research interests include Blockchain, Bioinformatics, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Information retrieval and management. Dr. Devarshi is committed to academic excellence, research innovation, and mentoring students and scholars for industry and research careers.
